A new mobile production company, butler Mobility Products, has been awarded a $50 million grant by the Australian Government to invest in the Australian mobile production industry.
Butler Mobility products will invest $50m in Australian production in 2019-20.
The company, which was formed by former truck driver John Wett, has a number of products in the mobile production sector, including the mobile trucks used by farmers, contractors and landscapers in the country’s south-west and the mobile vehicles used by Australian National University students.
Butlers mobile trucks will be used to transport agricultural produce to Australian markets, as well as for other applications, such as medical and environmental testing.
The $50M will be invested into four key areas of the mobile-production industry:The company will invest in manufacturing capacity, research and development, technology, infrastructure, and logistics.
But with the company’s success on the ground, Wett is looking to expand his operations further into the country.
Wett said that the new grants would be used for the development of new products in Australia.
“We want to be part of the Australian economy.
And if we’re part of it, we’re going to be a force to be reckoned with,” he said.”
This will give us the ability to get into that production space.”
The opportunity is huge.
We’re looking to grow.
We have lots of opportunities to grow.
“Butler will continue to operate under the name Master Mobile Products, as it currently operates in Australia’s South West.
