But the wearable device is only as good as its sensors, and there are limits.
It can’t measure your height, or determine if you’re exercising for a long time.
You can’t use it to track your activity or the amount of sleep you get, for example.
You also can’t see the type of exercise you do or even how much time you spend in a specific activity.
And you can’t connect to your Fitbits via Wi-Fi, which could allow hackers to steal your data.
The Fitbit team says the wearable is secure, but security experts caution that even a simple mistake could lead to an attacker gaining access to your data without you noticing.
